Antibacterial / Antifungal / Antitumor Bioassays
Hypha routinely tests compounds and extracts against panels of whole cell assays, comprising microbial pathogens (category 2) or mammalian tumour cell lines for toxicity assessment.Samples are serially diluted to assess the potency (IC50, LD50, minimum inhibitory concentration), and all assays include commercial drugs as controls.
