Small Molecule Purification & Identification Services
Hypha supplies compound purification services to pharmaceutical and agrochemical companies, as well as to academia. Our clients either supply us with the mixture containing target compounds, or use our contract fermentation service to produce the molecules.
A range of preparative techniques are available for the purification and identification of small molecules, including preparative and semi-preparative HPLC and medium pressure chromatography, using reversed and normal phases and size exclusion. Analytical HPLC with mass detection, diode array UV and evaporative light scattering detection is used to monitor the purification. Structures of target molecules are determined using one and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy.
